While the Thingamadig is a tool that you did not know that you needed until you get one Grampa's Weeder is one of those tools that you have always needed but did not know it existed.

This tool looks like it has been developed by a farmer or professional or passionate gardener for only someone like that could have come designed a tool that good.

As a professional I have seen many weeding claws and tools but have not found one that works as well and easy as Grampa's Weeder. It makes removing dandelion and other, so-called bents, out of lawns, for instance, a very easy and effortless task and hence it is highly recommendable for the professional groundsman or -woman.

I must admit that I did not think that it would work that well. This is a great tool and I can but most highly recommend it.

Grampa's Weeder is a quality tool made to old-time standards. The shaft is beautifully crafted from what I assume to be Hickory wood and sealed with a lacquer. It also has a crafted hole at the top part for a lanyard or for hanging up.

The weeding claw itself is forged from steel and the construction appears to be very strong. It is fixed to the shaft by means of the screw, which is a good sign for sure as to quality work.

Not only is Grampa's Weeder a quality tool, it is also a thing of plain b eauty and, properly treated and cared for, should last for generations.

The Grampa's Weeder is made by Grampa's Gardenware in Lake Oswego, Oregon, in the United States.

This tool is a must for every gardener, whether hobby or professional, and also and especially the professional groundsman or -woman.
